Owner & Trainer
I have been involved in sports and fitness for 25 years. Sport is a huge passion of mine, and I was fortunate to play rugby league at the highest level including Australian School Boys Rugby League and as a professional player thereafter. From there, my passion for fitness grew and I learnt from the best conditioning coaches in the NRL circle.
I am all about having a balanced lifestyle, and understand exercise can enhance other aspects of our lives including health and our overall welfare.
Shani Harper Wiggins
Hi, my name is Shani and I am the new group fitness instructor at HIIT 40 Mareeba!
Before I stepped up into this new position, I’d been a member of Cameron’s classes for over 3 years and I thoroughly enjoy high impact exercise. I come from a competitive background in both gymnastics and athletics, and began working as a Personal Trainer back in 2001.
When I’m not in the gym training like a demon, you can find me chasing after my 3 daughters; juggling the working mum life between homework and horses with my ever supportive hubby by my side.
I’m super excited to share my passion and enthusiasm for fitness with our members and coaching to see you get the results you deserve!
Hi, I’m Madi and I’m a local girl from Mareeba.
I started dancing at the age of 3, which quickly turned in to my passion. I was accepted into the Australian ballet ITP program for 6 years. As I got older I moved down to Brisbane to attend a full time ballet school.
Unfortunately, due to an illness that left me paralysed, I had to learn to walk again and this put an end to my dancing career.
This illness ignited my passion for fitness!
With rehabilitation, I met some amazing people in the fitness and health industry that have become my mentors. I love the positive impact that fitness has on the body and mind!
I am an accredited group fitness trainer, Barre, Pilates and Personal Trainer.
I look forward to getting to meet everyone and seeing you all grow through your fitness journey!
